Accessibility statement

Our target

The site is designed toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing quality requirement rather than a one-time claim.

Measures included

• Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms and controls
• Visible focus states and a skip-to-content link
• Semantic headings, lists, labels and landmarks
• Colour contrast designed for readable text and controls
• Responsive layouts and text that can reflow at smaller sizes
• Reduced-motion support for people who request it
• Decorative imagery hidden from assistive technology where appropriate

Known limits

External journal pages and third-party sign-in experiences are controlled by their respective providers. MEDAXA cannot guarantee their accessibility. Some highly detailed brand artwork may be visually complex, but it is not required to understand the page content.

Report a barrier

If any part of the site is difficult to use, send the page address, a short description of the issue and, if comfortable, the browser or assistive technology involved to info@medaxagroup.com. An alternative format or route to the same information will be provided where reasonably possible.

Continuous improvement

New pages and significant changes are reviewed for keyboard use, reading order, responsive behaviour, contrast and clear labels. Feedback is used to prioritise further improvements.
